Responsibilities

Societe Generale's "Cloud First" strategy enables the group's information systems to develop and deploy applications in a hybrid cloud and multi-cloud environment to respond faster to market demands.

The Global Technology and Engineering entity enables Societe Generale's digital transformation towards the cloud.

Within this entity, the GTE/CLD department supports businesses in their cloud transformation and manages the entire product vision and capabilities necessary for a secure and fluid use of the public clouds, as well as the services provided by the internal cloud platform.

You will work as a part of the Product management team on the development of digital products and will help orchestrate a large team of developers and product owners from the different departments of GTE. In this role, you will be at the intersection of technical and business subjects and at the heart of the needs of end users and will be responsible for communicating and later coordinating product deliveries of Societe Generale's Cloud Platform in line with its IT priorities.

  • Reshaping the communications around the cloud platforms for SG working as a part of the product management team.
  • Animate the community of Product Owners and develop the product culture within the Cloud teams
  • Assisting in building a roadmap and facilitating prioritization exercise through interactions with cross-functional teams (architects, security, program managers, release train engineers) and product teams
  • Follow product KPIs to optimize the product features, delivery, adoption and user satisfaction

Profile required

With a BAC +3 degree in computer science, perusing masters with an interest in Cloud and an appetite to understand product management practice in a large transversal organization

  • Results-oriented culture and good interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Good to have:

  • Product mindset and agile work culture
  • Understanding of software Infrastructure and Cloud technologies (AWS / Azure)
  • Understanding of communication on technical products or roadmap
  • Knowledge and interest in automating tasks
