Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the regional product strategy and roadmap for cash management solutions, ensuring alignment with group standards, market needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with key internal stakeholders and country teams to manage end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, development, commercialisztion and ongoing enhancements
  • Collaborate with country teams to drive adoption and revenue growth, leveraging market insights and customer feedback to refine offerings.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to proactively identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and internal stakeholders across the Asia region.
  • Contribute to any strategic projects

Profile required

  • Hands on experience in cash management product management, transaction banking, or related product management roles
  • Proven track record managing complex product portfolios across multiple countries, preferably within Asia.
  • Strong understanding of market needs and competitive landscape
  • Proficiency in Project management and Change management

Department Description

The Regional Product Manager for Payments & Cash Management will play a pivotal role in supporting our transaction banking growth ambitions across Asia Pacific.

This position is responsible for driving the strategy, development and management of a comprehensive suite of cash management products, including the following:

Payments and collections, FX linked to payments, Liquidity management ,Short-term deposits & loans, eChannels (ebanking, host-to-host connectivity, SWIFTNet for corporates),Reporting
