AVP

Key Responsibilities:

-Structuring/pricing of Equity and FIC (fx/ interest rate /credit ) derivatives structures

-Ownership of deal execution for live biddings on a day-to-day basis

-Playing key roles in managing and coordinating between sales/trading and other concerned teams.

- Generate trade ideas for the desk and have a complete ownership ( pnl generating responsibility) in APAC region.

Experience / Skills

- Structuring Role —2-8 years’ experience in the Industry (preferably from Global markets division of an Investment Bank)

- Good understanding of Equity markets & derivatives (in particular with exotic derivatives)

- Hands-on approach and engineering mindset required to solve technical and quantitative problems

- Very Proficient in coding skills (python / VBA) to help in automation of new products pricing

•    Masters degree in Finance, Financial Mathematics, Computer Science, Business or similar
•    Good understanding of exotic payoffs and structured products
•    Working experience on doc types (e.g. Term Sheets, Final Terms, IS, Master documention & confirmation, ...)
•    Knowledge in VBA/Excel or other documentary information systems (e.g. Thunderhead/Smart DX platform).
•    Knowledge of Python and Java an added advantage
•    Good intuitive/logical skills (Puzzles/Logical Reasoning)
•    Excellent communication skills in English both oral and written
•    Organization, rigor, commitment
•    Project management skills
•    Ability to strictly comply with processes, policies, guidelines
•    Ability to follow and adapt to regulatory constraints and evolutions of SG applicationsPrevious relevant experience of working in-house in a similar position at an international investment bank; 
•    Proficiency in Master Microsoft Office pack and ability to use market information databases
