Responsibilities

    FSS

    Under the responsibility of the Flow Strategy and Solutions (FSS) team, you will support the team as a Flow Derivatives Strategist. You will assist in the development of trade ideas across the segments of flow cross-asset derivatives (with a focus on FX and Rates). You will also assist in the generation of publication reports, and other content such as sharing of market intel, identifying market anomalies or inconsistencies. This will involve active collaboration across Research, Sales and Trading colleagues, hosting forums to coordinate the effort that leads ultimately to an efficient but insightful output, with the end goal of positively impacting the flow platform. Finally, the role also involves the development of new tools to support the business (Excel / Powerpoint).

    This role will allow you to gain an excellent experience in Financial Markets and valuable knowledge of derivatives product.

    Profile required

    • Hold a relevant Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Engineering or similar
    • Solid level in financial mathematics
    • Previous exposure to FX & Rates asset class is a plus
    • Familiarity and experience with products traded (Derivatives products: swaps, futures, options)
    • Extremely proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, experience with VBA/Python considered a plus
    • General  awareness and appreciation for global current affairs, macroeconomic and policy environment
    • Must be very reliable and pay particular attention to detail
    • Ability to adapt quickly to challenging situations and find innovative solutions
    • High standard of written and spoken English is mandatory
