Responsibilities

Job Summary-:

Responsible for managing the Accounting, Finance, Audits, Regulatory Inspection, Treasury, Local & Group reporting, MIS & Tax (Direct & Indirect) related activities

Main Responsibilities / Accountabilities / Tasks-:

·         Managing & Monitoring all aspects of accounting operations, overseeing all transactions related to general ledger, receivables, payables, payroll and financial reporting

·         Analyzing company's financial results with respect to profits, trends, costs and compliance with budgets. Issue regular status and ad hoc reports to senior management.

·         Ensure the Compliance of the of the Accounting standards i.e. Ind AS

·         Assist & work with the Group to comply with IFRS requirements

·         Managing Monthly closings as per Local Gaap & Group (IFRS Gaap) as per group timelines & Monthly reporting to group CFO

·         Manage, Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools and control systems

·         Monitor Treasury activities & Developing, maintaining and coordinating all Banking relationships 

·         Manage Audits and Regulatory Inspections (both Internal & External)

·         Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations

·         Responsible for ensuring the risk compliance operational within the Group

·         Strong tax technical, tax strategy, tax risk management, tax compliance and tax accounting skills

·         Monitor developments in direct and indirect tax legislation and rulings.

·         Ensuring all direct and indirect compliance on monthly, quarterly and annual basis

·         Monitoring, Managing & Co-ordinating with Tax consultants for all Tax assessment & Litigation matters. Representing the Company on all Tax assessments & Litigations.

·         Co-ordinate & Manage all the Tax related projects i.e. Advance pricing Agreement related filings & finalization

·         Co-ordination for group FII tax returns & compliances. Manage & co-ordinate the tax assessments and litigations at different levels of tax departments.

·         Comply with the transfer pricing requirements - both group and the local regulations

·         Represent finance department to present in the various KPI meetings and governance meetings

·         Provide support to business for project implementation & business developments.

·         Manage Audits, Tax filings & assessments & Liquidation Process of dormant entities of the group

·         Monthly & Weekly reporting to the Local & Regional Management

·         Manage the quality of outsourcing service

  • Contribute to any Local & Regional projects

Profile required

Professional Qualifications-:

Graduation / Post Graduation

Chartered Accountancy

Working Experience in number of years-:

10 – 12 years

Skills & Competencies required-:

·      Experience of the Broking Industry

·      Knowledge of tax rules and regulations

·      Knowledge of accounting standards / Ind AS / IFRS

·      Knowledge of accounting and back office software used
