Responsibilities

  • Demonstrated functional expertise in correspondent banking, with preferable knowledge in pricing and billing.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in SQL and familiar with Change and Release Management processes.
  • Clear and concise communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and vendors.
  • Strong self-motivation and initiative.
  • Experience in creating and executing detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and conducting end-to-end project testing.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile toolsets.
  • Perform detailed study and analysis of existing systems and understand functional architecture ability to perform gap analysis between current and any potential target architecture or systems
  • Organize and handle meetings with key stakeholders in IT, business, architecture, vendors and infra structure teams
  • Good understanding of microservices and API development

Profile required

• Require 5+ years Business Development experience in Payments, Cash Management, Banking
• Clear understanding of Software Development life cycle and process Oriented.
• Knowledge in compliance or regulatory projects like ISO20022 is a big plus.
• Knowledge of end to end flow between FO-MO-BO
• Exposure to Agile methodology with requirements capturing using use cases and feature driven methods.
• Experience on identifying and executing test strategies, test plan and functional test cases.
• Experience in preparing and conducting functional reviews and training sessions.
• Experience on SQL is a must.
• Capability to works with customers and cross location teams to establish and maintain a consistent delivery.
• Ability to work closely in a team environment is highly recommended.
• Worked on at least one project with minimum 12 months period.
