Back Office Analyst

This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain unique experience in the field of OTC transactions, as well as derivatives and structured products. As a member of our Back Office team, you will ensure the quality and accuracy of day‑to‑day operations, while also identifying opportunities for process improvements and increased operational efficiency.

Your future scope of responsibility will cover:

• Supporting special products day-to-day operations

• Ensuring timely and accurate transaction settlement

• Performing transaction reconciliations and ensuring compliance with EMIR and MiFID confirmation deadlines

• Validating transactions with special focus on operational accuracy and performing completeness checks

• Monitoring and managing outstanding items, including identification, investigation, resolution, and escalation of issues

• Identifying areas for improvement, optimizing existing processes and resolving issues while applying your technical acumen

• Acting as an operational contributor in various implementation projects and knowledge-sharing within the Back Office

You will be best suited for this role if:

• You have a solid knowledge, education and understanding of basics in Finance

• You have passion and willingness to learn and gain experience in the field of OTC products and derivatives (commercial experience in this area, as well as in practical usage of Back Office systems are nice to have)

• You show motivation and curiosity to grow within an international banking environment

• Your approach is both, team- and quality-oriented, and you have strong communication skills

• You are proficient in English (Polish and French are nice to have)

• You are proficient in MS Office toolkit

• You are open to work full-time, between the 8am-6pm CET time frame
