Responsibilities

Are you a detail-oriented Expert in Payments Back Office with a passion for the banking industry? Join our team to drive impactful projects and optimize business solutions.

Global Transaction Payment Services Back Office – composed of several teams located in Poland and in France - covers the following areas:

  • Processing of payments and direct debits, both domestic and international, outgoing, and incoming, manual, and automated
  • Settlement of other operations on client or internal accounts ex. commissions, fees, treasury operations
  • Reconciliations related to processed operations
  • Claims and investigations

Your future scope of responsibility will cover:

  • Collaboration with various teams on Back Office projects, proposing efficient solutions, tracking progress, addressing issues, and maintaining required documentation. Participation in planning and prioritization committees
  • Building your expertise to act as a supporting expert in Back Office projects and activity
  • Ensuring quality of IT system deliveries through testing and coordination of testing
  • Performing of follow-up of production incidents – statistics, post-mortem, recurrency analysis, action plans, associated workload
  • Keeping hands-on production expertise to support addressing challenging production cases

Profile required

You will be best suited for this role if:

  • You have experience in the banking industry as an expert in payments Back Office, being familiar with payment systems and related processes and regulations
  • You have a positive mindset, sense of responsibility, strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. Adaptability and agility in challenging environments that allow to work in taskforce mode
  • You are well organized, curious, and autonomous while remaining a team player, well-organized, and able to prioritize tasks
  • You are skilled in contributing to projects, following projects progress, negotiating, and documenting business requirements clearly for both Back Office and IT stakeholders
  • You are fluent in English and Polish
  • You have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • You are proficient in MS Office
