Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Associate to support the senior management team at a leading research firm. This role is vital for enhancing our research capabilities and driving data-driven insights that inform strategic decisions. The Associate will collaborate closely with Analysts, cross-functional teams, and clients, significantly impacting our research initiatives and client engagement. As a Research Management Associate, you will:
· Develop and present high-quality presentations and analyses using PowerPoint and Excel.
· Conduct data analysis to identify trends in client consumption, providing actionable insights to guide analyst focus areas.
· Facilitate strategic meetings between clients and Analysts, leveraging data to enhance engagement.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Trading, Sales, Operations, Technology, HR) to drive process efficiencies and improve research initiatives.
· Design and coordinate learning and development programs for Equity Research Associates, including training sessions and mentorship opportunities.
· Oversee the management of market data platforms, ensuring optimal usage and compliance while fostering vendor relationships.
· Support the onboarding and integration of new associates, ensuring a seamless transition into the team.
· Maintain a strong focus on communication and relationship-building across departments.

Profile required
Basic Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree with a demonstrated strong academic record.
· 1-2 years of professional experience in financial services or market data analysis.
· Exceptional skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
· Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
· Outstanding communication skills.
· Positive, proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
Preferred Qualifications
· Familiarity with equity research or investment analysis concepts, enhancing the ability to contribute to research initiatives.
· Comfort with ambiguity and a strong passion for problem-solving.
· Interest in AI technologies and a desire to explore their applications in enhancing workflow efficiencies.
