Responsibilities
- IT Business Analyst with 6 to 8 years of experience in Transfer Agency domain with good BA skills. Should have experience working in Agile Teams. Agile/Scrum Master certified candidates are added advantage. Hands on experience in MULTIFONDS (TEMENOS) application is appreciated.
- We are looking for a strong profile who has handful expertise in MULTIFONDS (TEMENOS) application, good domain skills, user interaction, ability to gather requirements from users and work closely with developers, can take up the role as Agile Master dealing with onshore teams, PO, backlog management etc.
Profile required
- Create a detailed business analysis by outlining problems, opportunities and solutions.
- Accurate and consistent delivery of committed artifacts by being attentive to detail and adhering to agile development methodologies.
- Develop new testing scenarios by enhancing the efficiency of existing processes.
- Optimize the existing business processes by meeting expectations of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated functional knowledge and expertise in the domain.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of SQL and Change & Release Management processes.
- Clear and concise communication skills.
- Collaborate with stakeholders.
- High-level of self-drive.
