· Create a detailed business analysis by outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.
· Accurate and consistent delivery of committed artifacts by being attentive to detail and adhering to agile development methodologies.
· Develop new testing scenarios by enhancing the efficiency of existing processes.
· Optimize the existing business processes by meeting expectations of stakeholders.
· Take part in team ceremonies be it agile practices or chapter meetings.
· Perform bug-free release validations and produce test and defect reports.
· Adhere to the Change management and release management process.
· Maintain clear and timely communication with stakeholders on requirements/planning/issues etc
· Maintain and enrich the existing functional documents to keep it up to date.
· Timely addressing the email queries based on priority and urgency till the closure.
· As an Agile Master, ensure that the team adheres to scrum methodology and foster best practices in the team.
· Ensure Product Owner/Proxy PO prioritizes user stories and prepares the backlog regularly. Ensure that these backlog items are properly and fully defined prior to acceptance.
· Resolve team challenges to ensure on-time deliverables and ensure that the team is self-organized.
Drive relentless improvement through retrospectives and review/adapt workshops.
Accountable for the Feature team deliveries.
· Mentor and Coach team members on Agile and BA skills etc.
· Knowledge Management:
o Review and update all functional documents.
o Streamline and organize all the knowledge management documents.
· Quality:
o Have test pack for all the application.

· Overview of Testing tools & Framework: Unit testing frameworks – NUnit, xUnit, Junit, Jasmine/Karma etc
· SQL – Basic and advanced SQL queries
· Database – Basics of Oracle DB, SQL server and Postgre database, OCP
· UI/UX: Design thinking, UX principles, user journey mapping, Mock ups in Excel/Paint/other tools.
· Excel – Basic and advanced features of Excel
· Change Management & Release management tools – Ezpulse, Unity, JIRA, Notify Now, Zephyr
· Agile – knowledge of Kanban,Scrum, SAFe, Spotify frameworks
