Job Summary – Functional Business Analyst covering Application Officer responsibilities for GCOO/IMM SaaS Applications

Scope: Management of topics related to all SaaS applications on Real Estate Domain worldwide of the SG group (21 in production + 3 in the process of being deployed).

Context: The group is engaged in profound transformations, therefore a change management fast adoption is requested.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Application officer responsibilities:

  • Supervise and handle technical and operational aspects of transversal topics across the group for all SaaS applications
  • Examples: Implementation of data purges/archiving, registering and updating applications information in group repositories
  • Ensure the roadmap of evolutions

Compliance & Standards

  • Support business teams in implementing Group standards (Security, GDPR, connectivity, access management, contract management)
  • Conduct and supervise architecture and security discussions

Coordination with Vendors

  • Act as the point of contact for technical and contractual matters (for those managed within CFT).
  • Examples: Certificate renewals, version upgrade follow-ups, purchase request creation.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Coordinate with technical and functional architects, security teams, technical experts, business teams, and software vendors.

Business analyst responsibilities:

Technical Changes

  • Monitor and implement technical evolutions on the SG side as per the group standards
  • Examples: Migration to the most recent file transfer protocol, route openings, URL whitelisting

Business Analysis

  • Act as Business Analyst for other SaaS tools if required
     

Profile required

  • Fluent in English and French: minimum B2 level in both written and oral communication
  • Good stakeholder management competences
  • Positive attitude and a cooperative person
  • Very good attention to details
  • High resilience level and change management fast adoption
  • Previous experience on business analyst or applications roles (+5 years)
