Business Analyst - BANCS

• The main tasks will be to provide solution on BaNCS application hence the techno/functional knowledge of the tool will be key.

  Evaluate BaNCS product features and propose relevant solutions and efficiency ideas.

• Analyze product features and answer to the IT incidents/Service requests raised by the client or the business users. 
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
• High reactivity, pro-activeness, and autonomy within the team, and should have the agile mindset.

 The role demands a good techo/functional knowledge of TCS BaNCS product. Prior experience in financial markets is necessary.

Main Responsibilities  

• The main tasks will be to provide solution on BaNCS application hence the techno/functional knowledge of the tool will be key.

  Evaluate BaNCS product features and propose relevant solutions and efficiency ideas.

• Analyze product features and answer to the IT incidents/Service requests raised by the client or the business users. 
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
• High reactivity, pro-activeness, and autonomy within the team, and should have the agile mindset.

Experience Requirements  

• Require 3 – 6 years relevant experience in Custody marked and specifically on TCS BaNCS product. 
• Good communication skills. 
• Experience in architecture of BaNCS application which shall be key for production support. 

Technical Skills - Mandatory  

• SQL: Beginner, should know to write basic SQL queries.
