Business Analyst – Cash Management
Responsibilities
Join our team as a detail-oriented Business Analyst to drive impactful projects and optimize business solutions within. Our team is supporting Transaction Banking projects, focusing on Payments and Cash Management scope.
Your future scope of responsibility will cover:
Collaborating with various teams to gather and document business requirements, based on which you’ll propose efficient technical solutions
Ensuring quality of IT system deliveries through testing and coordination
Tracking and supporting project progress, addressing arising issues and recommending improvements
Engaging in Change Management, ensuring seamless implementation and communication of project updates
Participating in planning and prioritization committees
Building your expertise to act as a subject matter expert in business line projects
Profile required
You will be best suited for this role if:
You have hands-on experience in cash management projects or operations within the banking industry and knowledge of at least a few of the following areas: payments, corporate accounts and related products, settlement systems, Polish and European regulations, regulatory reporting
You have experience in acting as a business analyst or project coordinator with knowledge of AGILE and Waterfall project management methodologies
You are skilled in negotiating and documenting business requirements clearly for both, business and IT stakeholders
You are proficient in defining functional solutions and discussing business cases with sponsors
You show excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills
You are comfortable with working as both, an individual and a team member, while being well-organized and able to prioritize tasks
You are fluent in English and Polish (French is a plus)
You are proficient in MS Office
