Responsibilities

Functional support of business production activities for RWA and Provision closings

Functional analysis of user requests and provide the resolution for the requests

Implementation of enhacement requests along with developers

Create a detailed business analysis by outlining problems, opportunities and solutions. Accurate and consistent delivery of committed artifacts by being attentive to detail and adhering to agile development methodologies.

Develop new testing scenarios by enhancing the efficiency of existing processes. Optimize the existing business processes by meeting expectations of stakeholders.

Profile required

Demonstrated functional knowledge and expertise in the domain. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of SQL and Change & Release Management processes. Clear and concise communication skills. Collaborate with stakeholders. High-level of self-drive.

  • Clear understanding of Software Development life cycle and process Oriented 
    - Strong fundamentals in Banking and Credit/ Market Risk 
    - Knowledge in compliance or regulatory projects is a big plus 
    - Knowledge of end to end flow in your respective domain 
    - Exposure to Agile methodology with requirements capturing using use cases and feature driven methods 
    - Experience in BDD 
    - Experience on identifying and executing test strategies, test plan and functional test cases 
    - Experience in preparing and conducting functional reviews and training sessions 
    - Competency on writing SQL queries is a must 
    - Must exposure in onshore / offshore model in Banking captive context 
    - Must experience in Agile methodology & should have worked in continuous delivery environment. Experience in agile
     @scale will be an added advantage 
    - Team player & willing to walk extra mile to learn & to deliver with a positive impact 
    - Able to manage various stakeholders from IT & Business side
