Business Analyst - Credit Risk
Responsibilities
Ensuring the controlled rollout of commitments data collections across a defined perimeter of SG Group entities, in order to meet Regulatory and Group requirements and to ensure the quality of issuer inventory reporting.
Scope of responsibility will include:
Supporting entities (banks with SG group) in their projects to evolve commitments data collections, either as part of Group programs with tight scheduling constraints and, where applicable, commitments towards the ECB, or to address local needs.
Acting as their primary point of contact with the Group and supporting them in their work with Group teams—particularly during solution design phases and by helping them build their onboarding strategy and by planning Group UAT activities. Finally, coordinating and monitoring the Group U.A.T of their inventory flows.
Representing the Group towards entities and ensuring that constraints and milestones are respected.
Supporting entities in building their roadmap.
Being able to assess the quality of the information reported by entities and helping them improve it.
Understand the integration testing of Credit Risk application
Being proactive with business and IT stakeholders to help remove obstacles.
Building, monitoring, and adapting the multi-year One Collection Deployment roadmap across the entity perimeter.
Reporting on your activity to management (risks, opportunities, progress, etc.).
Co-ordination with Business and other Development Teams
Perform Data validation and analysis.
Profile required
This role requires a confirmed to senior level of experience, combining strong domain expertise and solid delivery capabilities.
• Strong expertise in Credit Risk (concepts, drivers, regulatory/reporting constraints, risk monitoring).
• Strong expertise in SQL and Excel
• Good understanding of Information Systems (end-to-end data flows, interfaces, upstream/downstream dependencies, data quality controls).
• Proven project management experience (planning, governance, stakeholder management, risk/issue management, delivery tracking).
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders (Business, IT, entities/subsidiaries) in an international context and drive alignment.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to challenge data and processes to improve quality and reliability.
• Strong ability to synthesize technical and functional discussions into clear, actionable meeting minutes (decisions, action items, owners, due dates), including follow-up tracking for entity run meetings and operational steering committees.
