The Insurance business line manages multiple activities: savings,  protection insurance and damages. The team in charge of the business analysis of accounting and financial projects is looking for a business analyst with who will work in the Financial Reporting/Management Control scope.

What you will do:

The Financial Reporting/ Management Control scope covers strategic issues and covers budget preparation, quarterly/ annual projections, real-life monitoring, financial and analytical reporting in general.

The mission will take place within the Agile team assigned to this scope, under the responsibility of the Project Manager/ BA in charge of Anaplan tool evolutions.

You will intervene at all stages of the work, in accordance with the budgets and deadlines:

• Collection of needs and analysis;

• User Stories and validation by project partners;

• Scoping and designing the solution in collaboration with the different parties;

• Contribute to the fluidity of the communication within the Agile team and to the proper coordination of tasks;

• Participation in Agile team ceremonies (Daily, Sprint review, etc.);

• User support.

Profile required

  • Higher education or Master degree in Engineering, Business, Economics;
  • Professional experience of at least 7-10 years, acquired in financial environments, some of which in business analysis (insurance or other financial industry);
  • Good functional knowledge of financial reporting (budget construction, forecast, realized, gap analysis, breakdown keys and analytical allocation, etc.);
  • Ease of data handling;
  • Knowledge of the Anaplan tool is not essential but would be a plus. Agile experience as well;
  • Ability to write clearly, structure information and produce professional documents; good interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to communicate effectively in French;
  • Adaptability, efficiency, autonomy. Ability to integrate quickly into an already formed Agile team.
