Responsibilities

As an editor and provider of solutions, the Business Solution Center also accompanies the large group projects and the transformation of the IT industry.

One of these entities is responsible for the follow-up of the risk and finance monthly/Quarterly runs (Regulations Basel III, finance and liquidity

Within the BSC, the applicant who is seeking to join the team “Organisation et Pilotage des Arrêtés (OPA)” contributes in his work  perimeter  to  optimize and  to create reliability in production processes.

1) For each production time (all production processes being grouped under the term RUN

-              Elaborate the details of the RUN  in a form of a report according  to the needs of the SI users concerned,

-coordinates the production work done  by the actors in charge of piloting/performing all the tasks of the chain (Support team in particular) from the data collection to the restitutions,

-              In case of incidents, take necessary actions/decisions

-              Create a summary of the RUN by consulting with the concerned leaders of the team

-              Ensures communication on the progress of the work and the quality of the process to the management and users of the SI concerned,

-              Alert and communicates to teams impacted on the conditions of moratorium.

              

                2) contributes to the optimization and reliability of the risk and Finance chains and the production process:

-              Identifies the areas for improvement and the actions to be implemented

Profile required

  • Applicant must have 5+ years of experience 
  • French writting ,reading and Speaking is must
  • Must have certification in french Languag
  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
  • Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
  • Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
  • Performing requirements analysis.
  • Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
  • Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
  • Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
  • Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
  • Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.
  • Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  • Performing user acceptance testing.
  • Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
  • Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures.
  • Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
  • Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
  • Managing competing resources and priorities.
  • Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
  • B2 certification is Mandatory, C1 preferrable
