Key Responsibilities

TRADE Finance Functional Expert with extensive Business Analysis skills ideally in Trade Finance or otherwise in Investment Banking and Capital markets , in related fields with Agile experience. • Understand user expectations and develop functional requirements and raises clarifications with stakeholders.• Give Knowledge Transfer to the development team on Functional Specifications.• Train developers on functional concepts and resolve functional problems faced.• Acts as SPOC for business requirements and represents the end user in the development team.• Lead and conduct functional testing thereby responsible for certification of product release before user acceptance.• Encourage best practices and apply them in the team - responsible for functional product quality.• Understand Agile practices (daily scrum, iteration planning, retrospective, test driven, model storming) and follow thesame.• Set priority on work product as per the agreed iteration goals.• Work effectively with other team members by sharing best practices.Profile Required: ACE can help you write this job description (go/ACE)• Clear understanding of Software Development life cycle and process Oriented.• Strong fundamentals in Investment Banking and Capital markets• Exposure to Agile methodology with requirements capturing using use cases and feature driven methods.• Experience on identifying and executing test strategies, test plan and functional test cases.• Experience in preparing and conducting functional reviews and training sessions.• Experience on SQL is a must.• Capability to works with customers and cross location teams to establish and maintain a consistent delivery.• Ability to work closely in a team environment is highly recommended.

Experience Level :-7+ Years of IT Business Analysis

Key Responsibilities

Ability to Resolve Incidents, Requests and Problems. Good Hands on with Service Now or similar Ticket Management Tool. Analyze the problem and co-ordinate with other teams to fix the issue. Apply resolutions by following SG guidelines. Good Exposure to ITIL Process (Change Management, Release Management, Problem Management, Request Management, etc. Follow documented Incident Management process. Good Exposure to Upstream and Downstream applications, Autosys Batches. Own the issue and drive till closure. Support Weekend activities (If Required).Provide benefit of experience in Business area and application support. Key exposure to Application and Production support. Good understanding of ITRM topics and experience in creating strategies by collaborating with Internal & external Stake Holders to take the topics to closure.

Monitor the overall production processes such as daily checks, open tickets and aging of issues

Required Skills

Proven Experience in working with a global production support team. Should have excellent communication, interpersonal skills and be a team player. Excellent Problem Solving and Analytical Skills. Good to have SQL knowledge. Experience working in ITIL driven environment. Understanding of Support methodologies. Good to have some Technical exposure to different monitoring tools

Profile required

  • Business analyst with 6+ yrs of experience on Trade Finance 
  • Strong understanding of risk management on Credit risk 
  • Exposure to functional implementation of topics like Credit risk computation and management of regulatory risk metrics is highly desired
  • Hands-on experience on documenting and building functional specifications, BDD based test strategies and test implementation
  • Experience in working on agile driven project implementations
