4-7 years of experience as Business Analyst for Software development preferably in financial applications

Good understanding of Financial Management Systems (Accounting, Transfer Pricing, Cost Allocation, NBI retrocession process, Budget & Forecast).
            Expert in Business management, requirement gathering, Solution consulting and test strategy execution.
            Accountability on Documentation of BRDs, FRDs, Requirement traceability and Functional Testing
            Carry out requirements gathering and Impact analysis and ensure that all the related topics/projects are well understood.
            Provide L3 functional support to application end users and production support teams.
            Familiar with SQL query writing and BDD best practices
            Familiar with Project management, Strategy planning, Budget estimation as part of Stream leader activities.
            Excellent analytical skills, problem solving skills, client communication and presentation skills
            Good understanding of Agile methodology and scrum practices
            Specialist in regulatory compliance change implementations
            Potential deep drive capabilities in identifying Business cases on Innovation and take lead on the topics
            Good interpersonal skills to able drive the team initiatives, including the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
            Thoroughness and ability to work independently on multiple concurrent assignments with minimal supervision.
            Excellent stakeholder management skills.
            Drive the projects independently and ensure high quality deliverables with in the timelines committed to the Business.
            Experience on working on new proposals 
            Good Exposure to Agile@Scale Framework
            Exposure to basic SQL is needed.

·       Business Analyst with 4-7 years of experience for software development with effective communication skills and good understanding Agile Scale Framework

·       To gain/have in-depth knowledge of Financial & Accounting Domain

·       Understanding business strategies, goals, and requirements

·       Stocking and grooming the product backlog refers to maintaining the product backlog

·       Facilitate sprint planning and backlog refinement sessions, as well as to ensure that the development team clearly understands the user stories they are working on.

·       Document the processes involved in the software development life cycle like documenting the requirements, design, testing, and deployment phases.

·       Identifying and prioritizing the organization's functional and technical needs and requirements

·       Using SQL and Excel to analyze large data sets

·       Compiling charts, tables, and other elements of data visualization

·       Planning enterprise architecture (the structure of a business)

·       Effectively drive Operational Committees / Business Relationship Meetings

·       Effective presentations on relevant topics to stakeholders and teams

·       Groom junior Business Analysts on the respective domain / applications

·       Define project catalogue in coordination with stakeholders for upcoming Production releases.

·       Experience with agile methodology (Scrum). Knowledge on CD initiatives -creating & executing tests using test driven (TDD) and BDD approach.
