Responsibilities

Overview

The Engagement Manager is responsible for managing Business Entity relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of projects and services. This role acts as the primary point of contact between entity and the IT Delivery Unit, driving partner satisfaction, project execution, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main liaison between business partners and internal teams to facilitate communication and project coordination.

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term partner relationships by understanding client needs and expectations.

  • Responsible for monitoring SLA, KPIs and KRIs for the entities and ensuring they are green.

  • Responsible for ensuring the requirements from the entities are in line with Central guidelines.

  • Setup and maintain Project/Program Governance. Provide regular status updates and reports to partner and IT Delivery Heads.

  • Lead partner meetings, presentations, and workshops to communicate project status and strategic insights.

  • Manage project scopes, timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.

  • Collaborate with Transition, delivery, and product teams to align client requirements with company capabilities.

  • Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or risks promptly to maintain partner satisfaction.

  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.

  • Drive continuous improvement in partner engagement processes and methodologies.

  • Identify opportunities for account growth and upsell additional services or solutions.

Profile required

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Stakeholder relationship management, project management, or consulting.

  • Techno Functional understanding, to be able to understand the technologies and functionalities in the project / program.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.

  • Familiarity with project management tools and CRM software.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
