C# Technical Leader – M/F/D
Responsibilities
As our Warsaw office is growing, we’re looking to expand our C# teams. Join our Fixed Income & Currencies (FIC) division as a C# Technical Leader, where you'll drive the technical vision and implementation of key trading and deal processing applications. You'll guide a team of developers working on high-performance software solutions used daily by traders and financial professionals.
Your future scope of responsibility will cover:
- Co-developing the technical architecture and leading the implementation of front-office trading tools or deal processing applications.
- Guiding the team in identifying optimal technical solutions, providing support in complex problem-solving and arbitration when needed.
- Overseeing the quality, sustainability, and integration of the product into the larger IS architecture, working closely with technical architects.
- Mentoring junior developers, offering technical training and support.
- Driving the adoption of Craftsmanship and DevOps practices while ensuring that development and testing strategies are followed.
- Implementing strategies to reduce technical debt and improving the long-term sustainability of the product.
Profile required
You will be best suited for this role if:
- You have at least 8 years of experience in software development, with strong expertise in C# and related technologies.
- You have hands-on experience with .NET Framework, .NET Core, WinForms, WPF, and a passion for desktop application development or back-end services.
- You have strong leadership and mentoring skills with a track record of supporting and guiding development teams.
- You are experienced in Agile methodologies, test-driven development (TDD), and continuous delivery.
- You are proficient in English.
