Capital Markets Operations Associate
Responsibilities
• Prepare and complete the Agency Team Closing Checklist for new deals & amendments.
• Management of deals throughout life of deal (i.e. amendments, terminations)
• Monitor all drawdown activity to ensure sufficient availability by reviewing the Borrowing Request notice, Borrowing Base report & related documents (i.e. Borrowing Base Certificate, Compliance Certificate).
• Create & monitor required covenants for each deal and ensure completeness.
• Collaborate with the Transaction Management and Life Cycle Management teams within the Capital Markets Finance Operations team.
• Coordinate deal closings/amendments with the Distribution & Credit Solutions (DCS) & Credit Portfolio Management (CPM) teams.
• Manage client requests and ensure swift resolution
• Manage deal site for Agency Team
• Assist with the build out of the Agency Team within the Capital Markets Finance Operations team.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Required/Must have:
• Excel (Advanced)
• Microsoft Office
• High level of accuracy
Desired/Plus:
• Knowledge of Fund Financing business lines
• Understanding of Loan IQ operating system
• Basic understanding of financial accounting principles

PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE
Required/Must have:
3-5 years experience in financial operations

• Bachelor’s degree

Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, is a requirement as the person in this position will need to collaborate regularly with colleagues and partners in the United States.
