Cash Management Officer – M/F/D

If you are looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity to further grow your career, we encourage you to apply for this exciting role where you will be a part of the Payments & Cash Management (PCM) European Middle Office team assisting fellow PCM European Middle Officers located in 9 Western European branches (Amsterdam, Brussels, Frankfurt, Zürich, Vienna, Milan, Madrid, London, and Warsaw).

Your future scope of responsibility will cover:
- Managing clients and accounts data in SG transversal internal tools (main processes: opening and closing accounts, updating client and bank accounts data, as well as setting up and updating pricing),
- Producing and delivering documents requested by clients for audit purposes (client balances, accounts opened, authorized signatories, securities, and other exposures),
- Taking ownership of requests sent by Local Middle Officers via email or another automated workflow,
- Supporting Local Middle Officers in their daily activities (drafting contracts and amendments on cash management services, managing clients and accounts data),
- Generating reports in a transversal tool,
- Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of activities.
Profile required
You will be most successful in the role with:
- Higher education degree in the field related to finance,
- At least 1-2 years of experience in the banking sector, preferably in the middle office,
- Knowledge of operational processes and account management tools,
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools,
- Proficiency in English and Polish,
- Good planning and organizational skills,
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, commitment, and diligence,
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
