Responsibilities
Mission:
You will be part of the new team dedicated to credit risk management who is responsible for controlling and analyzing specific activities for PCM and TRA business in 9 Western Europe branches (Warsaw, Amsterdam, Brussels, Frankfurt, Zürich, Vienna, Milan, Madrid, London).
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Performing controls and analysis on risky activities based on written procedures
- Reporting the results of controls/analysis in dedicated tools
- Communicating with central teams where necessary to complete requirements
- Proactively escalating blocking points to unblock difficult cases
- Providing progress transparency to all stakeholders and complying with targeted deadlines
- Sharing KPIs with stakeholders
- Suggesting improvements in order to gain efficiency
Profile required
Studies & experience:
- Higher education (preferably master's degree)
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Banking, Cash Management or Trade Services
Language skills:
- Fluency in English and Polish
- German, French, Spanish and/or Italian is a plus
Technical, operational & Soft skills:
- Good knowledge of the Credit risk management (RWA, ECL, Basel parameters)
- Knowledge of operational processes and reporting tools
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Analytical skills
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, commitment, and diligence
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently
