Responsibilities

Mission: 

You will be part of the new team dedicated to credit risk management who is responsible for controlling and analyzing specific activities for PCM and TRA business in 9 Western Europe branches (Warsaw, Amsterdam, Brussels, Frankfurt, Zürich, Vienna, Milan, Madrid, London).

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Performing controls and analysis on risky activities based on written procedures
  • Reporting the results of controls/analysis in dedicated tools
  • Communicating with central teams where necessary to complete requirements
  • Proactively escalating blocking points to unblock difficult cases
  • Providing progress transparency to all stakeholders and complying with targeted deadlines
  • Sharing KPIs with stakeholders
  • Suggesting improvements in order to gain efficiency

Profile required

Studies & experience:

  • Higher education (preferably master's degree)
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Banking, Cash Management or Trade Services

Language skills:

  • Fluency in English and Polish
  • German, French, Spanish and/or Italian is a plus

Technical, operational & Soft skills:

  • Good knowledge of the Credit risk management (RWA, ECL, Basel parameters)
  • Knowledge of operational processes and reporting tools
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Analytical skills
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, commitment, and diligence
  • Ability to work in a team as well as independently
