Responsibilities

The Mobility, International Retail Banking & Financial Services (MIBS) pillar combines:

•    International retail banking activities spanning our banking networks in Europe, Africa and French Overseas Territories with KB and BRD, as well as on the African continent and in overseas France with banking networks from AFMO.
•    Mobility and financial services activities gather two main franchises: specialized consumer finance, operational vehicle leasing and fleet management:
o    Ayvens is the global leader for operational vehicle leasing & fleet management solutions and a leading global player in sustainable mobility that is around twice the size of the second‑largest player in this market and with a direct presence in 44 countries. 
o    Consumer financial services, SG operates in Europe via specialized retail financial services subsidiaries in France (CGI Finance), Germany (BDK and Hanseatic Bank), Italy (Fiditalia) as well as in the Czech Republic (ESSOX).

The MIBS pillar Headquarter is responsible for the supervision of the MIBS BUs and entities, ensuring that the Group strategy is properly implemented and executed. Within the MIBS HQ, the MIBS/RES department led by the COO/CIO of MIBS pillar is in charge of managing MIBS IT and operations (which encompass IT and data, ESG topics, staffs, procurement, real estate & logistics) to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction and foster new business opportunities.

As part of the MIBS/RES, the CSR team is mainly in charge of:
•    CSR strategy, ESG framework and objectives supervision for BU and subsidiaries attached to MIBS, in line and consistent with SG Group strategy and commitments  
•    CSR/ESG issues animation and reporting
•    Contribution to Group CSR/ESG steering committees or their declination at MIBS or BU level
•    CSR/ESG initiatives promotion and best practices sharing
•    ESG BY DESIGN project supervision and/or management (ex : for AFMO)
•    Regulators’ requirements implementation or regulator’s exercise supervision

Launched end of 2022 by the Group, ESG BY DESIGN project aims at deploying the global ESG framework (Group ESD program) to each environment (RACI & governance, process, data and tools). 
For the AFMO perimeter, the program is managed by Paris MIBS/RES CSR team on behalf of AFMO BU, in relationship with the teams of the Group program (ESD) and with each eligible AFMO subsidiaries (notably SG Cote d’Ivoire, SG Senegal, SG Cameroon, SG Ghana, SG Algeria, SG Tunisia (UIB), and the 3 overseas entities (Reunion-Mayotte, Polynesia and New Caledonia). The project has already delivered key milestones (i.e. environmental & social corporate client and dedicated transaction analysis, climate vulnerability indicator scoring…) but roadmap is still very challenging for 2025.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In this context and as part of your ESG Functional and Change Manager role, and under the responsibility of the AFMO ESG BY DESIGN project manager and within the Core project team, you will be the key actor and point of contact on functional and change management issues in relationship with the project manager, PMO, different stream leaders, members of Group program, or other actors of the project:

Functional role for AFMO ESG BY DESIGN PROJECT 
•    Contribute to the functional and staff impacts studies (new versions or evolutions of ESG RACI Clients / Transactions => in 2025, V3 in progress + V4 framework announced)
•    Contribute to the design and adaptation, for AFMO perimeter and environment, of the RACI, paths and processes built by ESG Group program and address the impacts on AFMO perimeter
•    Provide inputs and contents on its deliverables to the other members of the core team, including PMO

Contribution to Change management requirements for GROUP ESG BY DESIGN PROGRAM
•    Help in the preparation of the change management program, on the definition of the training roadmap for AFMO in relationship with the local operational teams (experts and relays)
•    Contribute to the training path including the preparation and broadcast of the supports, deliverables and toolbox
•    Help in the organization of the training sessions for E&S Experts / ESG COR Relays within local commercial teams in a "train the trainers approach"
•    Supervise and follow up the local training plans execution (organized and animated by E&S Experts with the support of ESG COR relays)
•    Organize the AFMO training sessions on Group tool with appropriate ESD members for HQ or local operational teams
•    Contribute to the organizations, co-lead, prepare, animate the content of the monthly change management calls dedicated to E&S Experts and ESG COR Relays located in AFMO subsidiaries.
•    Provide inputs and contents on its deliverables to the other members of the core team, including PMO

Profile required

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

•    You have at least 6 years' experience in project management, project portfolio management or organization management. You have a significant experience in ESG bank processes and/or retail banking and financing activities
•    You're passionate and committed, you're a self-starter and you've already led large-scale projects with major change management challenges.
•    You have strong communication skills that will have an impact at all levels of the organization, and you have the ability to popularize concepts that will have to be implemented in a very pragmatic way in the field.
•    You have excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
•    You are a team player and know how to motivate and give meaning.
•    You are rigorous and methodical
•    You are customer satisfaction, efficiency and results-oriented
•    You have a good relationship and know how to manage tension situation 
•    You have the ability to understand the organization's strategy, challenges and constraints.
•    You have the ability to understand the ESG and Climate & Environmental regulations, challenges and constraints.
•    You speak fluent French and English
