Responsibilities
Mission:
The employee of Clearing & Settlement Services is in charge on post-trade processing of securities transactions in local and foreign markets.
She/He has operational flexibility and after adequate training will be able to oversee multiple transversal processes within the office DVP Settlement.
Clients oriented, strongly pursues clients' satisfaction, the quality and the efficiency of the services delivered by SGSS S.p.A.
She/He fosters and monitors the compliance with the external and internal guidelines and rules and the respect of the matrix for operational risks.XXXX
Tasks and responsibilities:
Ensure the settlement of the post-trade transactions by monitoring internal platforms and market tools.
Work in a high paced environment with a particular focus on priority, guidelines, and internal policy.
Identify breaches in the process and find out the necessary related improvements and/or actions.
Monitor the pending transactions
Manage settlement issues with clients Back Office and Middle Office.
Profile required
Studies & experience:
Bachelor’s degree in economics/social/statistics
Preferable 6 months experience in Financial Industry (securities services, banking, settlement)
Language skills:
Italian: C1
English: B2
Technical, operational and soft skills:
The knowledgment of ICSD and USA/UK markets and related platform are considered a plus.
