Responsibilities
SGSS has been present in Italy since September 2006 through a dedicated Italian Bank, SGSS S.p.A., one of the main players in the Securities Services' industry that covers all SGSS businesses for its two segments of clients: Financial Institutions & Brokers and Asset Managers & Insurance. Thanks to over 500 employees based in Milan and Turin, SGSS S.p.A. ensures a daily support to over 300 clients. Our clients are institutional investors (insurance companies and pension funds), asset managers, financial intermediaries (brokers, investments companies).
This is a fixed-term position lasting 12 months.
Main missions:
- Client relationship and support. Management of the different requests’ customers in reactive mode.
- Facilitate the contact with Clients, ensuring a main entry point for client requests.
- Monitor and act for the proper level of client satisfaction.
- Understand the Securities Services industry their typical operating models and the key components of their business.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Client Relationship:
- Be point of reference for clients. Internally clients’ voices, acting as a first point of contact for requests not directly connected to daily operations. Escalating requests and monitor Client complaints.
- Monitoring of service quality and customer satisfaction. Issuing internal recommendations based on his/her 360 views of the relationship.
- Contribute to SGSS commercial development by spotting new business opportunities and monitoring client's profitability; issue pricing offers for clients not followed by a relationship manager.
- Management of projects/regulatory and/or commercial campaigns that provide impact of the customers.
- Client support:
- Update when appropriate legal and operational documentation (operational appendices, service level agreements).
- Contribute to SGSS transversal projects requiring client contact (regulation changes, system migrations).
- Monitor the right status of client invoices payment.
- Support clients with their usage of SG Markets, drive them through the functionalities of the tool.
Profile required
Studies & experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in economics
- Preferable: prior experience in Banking or Security services
Language skills:
- Italian – C2
- English – C1
Technical, operational & Soft skills:
- IT basic skills:
- Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Outlook, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge
- Digital collaborative skills:
