Responsibilities

As a Client Facilitation Officer in KYC, you will coordinate the periodic review process by acting as the primary contact for clients and internal partners. You will ensure transparency, support regulatory compliance, and facilitate the progress of each review stage within an international financial structure.

Your future scope of responsibility will cover:

  • Acting as the main contact for clients and internal business partners during KYC periodic reviews

  • Providing the Front Office with clear updates on the status of each review phase

  • Managing cases according to KYC, CRS, and FATCA procedures

  • Monitoring regulatory and process changes at the Group level to update local guidelines

  • Serving as a Subject Matter Expert for KYC documentation and facilitation workflows

  • Proposing practical improvements to existing processes

  • Stiving to enhance customer satisfaction throughout all stages of the Client Facilitation process

Profile required

  • You are a university graduate with experience in investment banking or financial services

  • You have at least 1 year of KYC experience and solid knowledge of the field

  • Background in client-facing roles is considered an asset

  • You are fluent in English with the ability to lead discussions across different departments

  • You are detail-oriented regarding regulatory documentation

  • You have strong negotiation skills and a collaborative team approach
