Client Operations Analyst with French- M/F/D
Responsibilities
You will be part of a team in charge of settlement activities on behalf of SG: Foreign Exchange, Money Market and Credit derivatives. Facing different type of Clients like Interdealers, Financial Institutions, Corporate who are located all over the world, but your team will focus more with French speaker Clients. Nevertheless, English remains the official language in a context of a Global governance with 4 back-offices locations. Your mission will bring several individual and collective development stakes in a context of huge Capital Market dynamism.
The key responsibilities of the successful candidate will include:
- Managing settlement process on OTC Forex, Interest Rates Derivatives, Money Market, Credit default swaps, and other transversal tasks related to settlement tasks on such assets
- Identifying, controlling and validating all flows to pay/receive in the respect of each process description
- Collecting Settlement Instructions (SSI) and taking in charge ”Mismatched SSI”
- Managing clients and partners relationship, collaborating with client relationship experts
- Handling cash reception and payments anomalies
- Managing cash breaks
- Respecting all norms: Payment, SSI and cash breaks
- Active involvement in continuous improvement
- In case of transversal tasks/controls allocated: managing claims, executing intercompany deals
Profile required
We expect from the candidates:
- Previous experience in back office in a banking environment
- Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholder
- Fluency in both English and French
- Team spirit and knowledge sharing
- Meticulousness, rigorousness, and good organisational skills
- MS Office skills (mainly Excel and Powerpoint)
