Responsibilities

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive Specialist to join our Client Referential Department. In this role, you will support the quality, integrity, and operational efficiency of our client data processes while closely collaborating with local and head‑office teams.

Your future scope of responsibility will cover:

  • Updating client databases and ensuring the quality and accuracy of data processed in reference systems

  • Ensuring that all operational processes are properly covered by the required control framework

  • Performing continuous analysis of operational processes to identify optimization and efficiency opportunities

  • Preparing business requirements for developments in the main local referential tool and other systems handling local data

  • Administering agreements signed by local business units covering market activity (including safe‑keeping)

  • Preparing operational procedures describing processes and RACI between team members and other business/support units

  • Daily communication and collaboration with teams in the Bank’s Head Office

Profile required

  • You hold an economic university degree

  • You have expertise in database and referential administration

  • You are familiar with Polish legal documentation for corporate and financial clients as well as relevant regulatory and compliance requirements (local regulatory reporting, AML, STIR/SINF, RODO

  • You possess basic project management skills

  • You demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills when interacting with stakeholders (e.g., Heads of Business Units, developers, operational teams)

  • You understand risk solutions in the banking sector and supervisory regulations related to operational risk

  • You are proficient in English; knowledge of French is an advantage

  • You are skilled in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

  • You can work effectively under time pressure
