Are you ready to kick-start your career in banking compliance and client management? We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee to join our UK Control Team within the Client Lifecycle & Digital department at Société Générale.
About the Role
As a Trainee, you will play a key role in helping us ensure that our client information is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with global regulatory standards. You will coordinate the annual client review process, collaborate with teams across the globe, analyse data to identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to important compliance initiatives.
What You’ll Do
Organise and manage the yearly client review campaign, allocating tasks and tracking progress
Support data management processes including client file deactivation and restriction handling
Produce insightful reports on key performance indicators for management
Work closely with global teams to improve processes and ensure smooth operations
Participate in projects aimed at enhancing our client review functions
Profile required
What We’re Looking For
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Good understanding or interest in compliance and client review processes
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
A proactive, flexible, and self-motivated approach
