Client Service Facilitator Intern – M/W
Responsibilities
SGSS has been present in Italy since September 2006 through a dedicated Italian Bank, SGSS S.p.A., one of the main players in the Securities Services' industry that covers all SGSS businesses for its two segments of clients: Financial Institutions & Brokers and Asset Managers & Insurance. Thanks to over 500 employees based in Milan and Turin, SGSS S.p.A. ensures a daily support to over 300 clients. Our clients are institutional investors (insurance companies and pension funds), asset managers, financial intermediaries (brokers, investments companies).
Mission:
This is a full-time internship lasting 6 months.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Mapping and coordination of commercial and regulatory campaigns.
- Maintenance of standards kit campaign (contract, brochure).
- Support for statistics, analysis and mapping, useful in managing commercial and regulatory projects/campaigns Support to Client service manager for service review/due diligence preparation.
- Dashboard production.
- Monitoring and Reporting (service review planning and customer satisfaction questionnaires).
- Support to produce newsletters.
- Support in carrying out training/alignment activities and commercial meetings.
Profile required
Studies & experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in economics
Language skills:
- Italian: C2 - Fluent
- English: C1 - Advanced
Technical, operational & Soft skills:
- IT basic skills:
- Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Outlook, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge
- Digital collaborative skills:
- Microsoft Teams, Microsoft OneDrive
