Responsibilities

SGSS has been present in Italy since September 2006 through a dedicated Italian Bank, SGSS S.p.A., one of the main players in the Securities Services' industry that covers all SGSS businesses for its two segments of clients: Financial Institutions & Brokers and Asset Managers & Insurance. Thanks to over 500 employees based in Milan and Turin, SGSS S.p.A. ensures a daily support to over 300 clients. Our clients are institutional investors (insurance companies and pension funds), asset managers, financial intermediaries (brokers, investments companies).

Mission: 

This is a full-time internship lasting 6 months.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Mapping and coordination of commercial and regulatory campaigns.
  • Maintenance of standards kit campaign (contract, brochure).
  • Support for statistics, analysis and mapping, useful in managing commercial and regulatory projects/campaigns Support to Client service manager for service review/due diligence preparation.
  • Dashboard production.
  • Monitoring and Reporting (service review planning and customer satisfaction questionnaires).
  • Support to produce newsletters.
  • Support in carrying out training/alignment activities and commercial meetings.

Profile required

Studies & experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics

Language skills:

  • Italian: C2 - Fluent
  • English: C1 - Advanced

Technical, operational & Soft skills:

  • IT basic skills:
    • Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Outlook, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge
  • Digital collaborative skills:
    • Microsoft Teams, Microsoft OneDrive
