Client Service Officer - M/F/D

Your future scope of responsibility will cover:

• Coordinating with stakeholders in order to ensure the successful delivery of activities
• Taking ownership of the client relationship, be the clients’ point of contact for the whole duration of the process
• Collecting all required documents and information from clients
• Communicating with the compliance teams when necessary to complete requirements
• Proactively monitoring the new client onboarding process
• Escalating blocking points and complex situations to unblock difficult cases
• Providing progress transparency to all stakeholders and complying with targeted deadlines
• Keeping up to date with the latest regulatory changes to policies and procedures to ensure a successful onboarding
• Providing ideas to the team based on experiences with groups/clients to help improve group cohesion and overall client facilitation knowledge

You will be most successful in the role with:

• Higher education degree in the field related to finance
• At least 1 year of experience in the banking sector, preferably in a similar role or the KYC department
• Proficiency in English and Polish; German would be an asset
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, commitment, and diligence
• High interpersonal and communication skills
