Communication & Creative analyst
Responsibilities
Communication & Content Development
- Develop and execute communication strategies to enhance seamless and impactful messaging across channels.
- Create clear, engaging written and visual content that aligns with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
- Coordinate locally and globally with the communication teams for collaborative work on standardization to co create value added templates.
Design & Multimedia Creation
- Design high-quality graphics, presentations, and visual assets using tools such as Adobe Photoshop.
- Edit and produce videos using Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Develop animations and motion graphics using After Effects and other animation tools.
- Build visually engaging reports, dashboards, and presentations using MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
Research & Insights
- Conduct market and audience research to understand trends, preferences, and communication best practices.
- Translate research findings into actionable insights for improving content and design strategies.
- Incorporate market intelligence into all communication planning and execution.
Profile required
Required Hard Skills
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop (graphic design)
- Adobe Premiere Pro (video editing)
- Adobe After Effects (animation & motion graphics)
- Microsoft Excel (data analysis & reporting)
- Microsoft PowerPoint (visual storytelling & presentation design)
- Strong command over written and visual communication.
Required Soft Skills
- Creativity – ability to produce fresh, engaging, and innovative ideas.
- Communication Skills – strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Critical Thinking – capability to analyze information and craft meaningful messages.
- Problem-Solving – ability to identify issues and develop effective, targeted solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Design, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Experience working in communication, marketing, or creative design roles.
Portfolio demonstrating design, content, and multimedia work (preferred)
