Compliance Assistance Trainee – M/W

The primary purposes of the Intern’s activities are the support of the Compliance office in the following topics:

• Deployment of the yearly control plan (review of the controls performed, issue of recommendations to improve the quality of the first level control framework monitoring the implementation of recommendations)
• Application of the compliance model adopted by the Bank
• Analyis of the regulations followed by the office and support in production of internal regulations

Studies & experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in economics/law
• (Preferable) You had a previous professioanl experience where you had the opportunity to analyze the regulatory requirements and their application

Languages:

• Italian: C2
• English: B2
• French: A2/B1 (asset)

Business & technical skills:

• Adequate expressive skills in the production of internal documentation
• Analytical skills with high attention to details and accuracy
• General knowledge of activities performed by Securities Services (asset)
• Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
