Compliance Intern
Responsibilities

- Completing and updating spreadsheets with Compliance monitoring results.
- Preparing presentations and supporting materials for committees.
- Using databases to develop reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Compliance area.
- Extracting, consolidating, and analyzing data related to the bank’s mandatory training programs (e.g., tracking required training for interns and new hires, including the generation of indicators).
- Conducting gap analyses between applicable regulations and existing internal controls and processes.
- Supporting the management and control of the lifecycle of policies and procedures (drafting, reviewing, updating, and monitoring deadlines).
Profile required

- Availability to work fully on-site in the Bela Vista region;
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration / Business Administration with a focus on Foreign Trade, Economics, Accounting, or International Relations.
- Expected graduation between December 2027 and December 2028.
- Advanced English; intermediate Spanish is a plus.
- Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, lookup functions, and charts); advanced Excel is a plus.
- Knowledge of Access and Power BI is a plus.
- Analytical profile with autonomy, proactivity, strong interpersonal skills, assertive communication, initiative, dynamism, ability to multitask, flexibility to adapt to changes in work routines, maturity and confidentiality awareness - ability to work with sensitive data.
