Consultant Software Engineer - Premium - 10+ yrs Oracle HCM Project Manager
Oracle Cloud HCM – Project Manager
Should have 7–10 years of experience in managing Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, including requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and overseeing fit-gap analysis across modules such as Performance Management, Talent, Succession Planning, Compensation, and Dynamic Skills. The role requires a strong project management professional with expertise in delivery governance, client engagement, and driving end-to-end project execution.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM project delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality adherence
- Manage requirement workshops, oversee fit-gap analysis, and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Drive coordination across functional and technical teams for seamless implementation
- Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies; ensure timely mitigation
- Oversee configuration activities across HCM modules and ensure solution quality
- Manage stakeholder communication, status reporting, and governance reviews
- Support testing, deployment, training, and post-go-live stabilization
- Coordinate with Oracle support (SRs) and manage escalations
Key Requirements:
- Experience managing at least 2 end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and teams across locations
- Flexible to work in shifts
Good to Have:
- Agile project management experience
- Exposure to Jira and test cycle management tools
Profile required
Should have 10+ years of Oracle experience in Oracle HCM functional with at least 2 end to end implementation expertise. Techno functional professional who understands solutions, industry best practices, well coordination with the clients, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement
