Responsible for understanding the software requirements and developing it into a working source code accordingly.
Active Participation in the requirement analysis, software design, effort estimation, development and review processes
Support the team technically, solve technical challenges as well as understand the functional scope.
Profile Required
Looking to hire a Peoplesoft -HCM, who has worked on below skill sets and should carry 10+ years of relevant experience. Excellent technical expertise on the latest Peopletools technologies including Fluid pages development.
PeopleSoft techno functional knowledge on the below HCM 9.2 modules
1. Core HR and Position management (Mandatory)
2. Payroll Interface configuration (Good to have)
3. Global Absence Management (Mandatory)
3. Global Payroll (Good to have)
4. ESS/MSS functionality (Mandatory)
5. HR Administration (Mandatory)
6. Candidate Should have completed at least 3 projects in the modules mentioned above as mandatory skills and should be an independent contributor.
PeopleSoft Technical knowledge on below tools are mandatory
1. Very strong expertise in PeopleTools People code, App Designer, AE, CI and SQLs
2. Fluid development and tiles
3. AWE
4. BI Publisher Reports
5. Application Packages
6. Integration Broker and API development (Good to have)
7. SQR
8. Data Migration
Implementation Experience
1. The candidate should have been in client facing roles and interacted with customers in requirement gathering workshops.
2. Should have strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem solving, influencing, and negotiating skills and organizational awareness and sensitivity, engagement delivery, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing and client management. Interact with client frequently around specific work efforts/deliverables.
3. Willing to work in shifts, if required in future.
Good to have skills:

- Having knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud is added advantage.
- Core HR(WFA) - Configuration of Organizational Structures, Workflows and Approval, Oracle HCM Personalization
- Absence Configuration & Fast Formulas, Rules configuration
- Expertise in Oracle Data Model and Business process functionality
- Troubleshooting & Support : Raising SR, Coordination with Oracle on issue resolution
Profile required
Should have 10+ years of PeopleSoft HCM with at least 3 end to end implementation experience, Techno functional professional who understands solutions, industry best practices, well coordination with the clients, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment and technology to meet customer needs. Should act as the Techno functional consultant on PeopleSoft HCM projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for complex projects.
