Responsibilities

As a Product Owner within the SG SocGen AI, you will be responsible for the implementation of our AI product vision and strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements for various engagements, ensuring alignment to product vision and thus proper mapping with product features.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Product requirement and feature design:
    • Define the engagement requirements and perform gap analysis with existing product feature and prepare a pipeline for feature needs basis the product vision and strategy.
    • Contribute towards the building of AI offerings basis internal requirement pipeline and anticipating future needs.
  2. Product Development and Management :
    • Collaborate with technical teams to co-construct the required feature and feature enhancement for the specific deliveries.
    • Maintain product documentation and marketing material owing to continuous improvement.
    • Define the product roadmap in collaboration with various engagements.
    • Coordinate the engagement delivery with the product feature development.
    • Implement appropriate metrics to ensure a data-driven product development cycle and alignment with user needs.
    • Integrate AI into the product development cycle to accelerate progress.
    • Ensure the quality of the product offerings.

Secondary Responsibilities :

  1. Best Practices and Processes :
    • Contribute to defining best practices and processes within the Product team.
    • Ensure to follow all agile processes for product development.
  2. Innovation and Idea Generation :
    • Contribute to the idea pool of the product feature and offering for internal as well as external market needs.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement :
    • Maintain training and acculturation materials for SG business teams in collaboration with AI teams.
    • Acculturate SG teams within business units and train users of our solutions.
  4. Project Involvement :
    • Personally engage in implementing projects, creating processes for development and create innovative ways for monitoring development process bringing in standardization.

Maintain planning of implementations and manage the same basis the changing needs of the 1 or more engagements and maintain timelines with available capex.

Profile required

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in Business analysis and application management, preferably within the AI or technology sector.
  • About 8-10 years of experience
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with techno-functional knowledge.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellente communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and metrics implementation.
