Consultant Systems Engineer - WAN Expert
Responsibilities
The WAN Network Expert Consultant will provide specialized expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing Wide Area Network (WAN) solutions. This role is crucial in ensuring reliable and efficient network connectivity for clients, enhancing their communication infrastructure.
Profile required
Technical Skills
- Expert level knowledge on Traditional WAN , MPLS and SDWAN
15+ Years of experience in hardcore Networking - Operations and projects
Strong Cisco product experience - Troubleshooting of WAN related issues as L4 expert.
- Lifecycle and product management with Standards of software and deployment action
Able to debug and troubleshoot production problems with strong problem management skills
Act as final level of escalation on Production issues - Able to use tools like Wireshark , Splunk ,Netscout , Thousand Eyes , Scripts and other Various HCS tools for advance troubleshooting on production
- Mandatory Skills on Python , Ansible
- Expert to review and approve any New Design and audit current configuration and design standards
Provide feedback and status updates to Business Line/Unit Heads with required details on industry trends and implementations.
Identify opportunities to implement new solutions and solve challenges/issues with a holistic view. - Provide suggestions to the existing practices and processes in consultation with senior leaders
Leadership Skills
Proven ability in coaching and mentoring the team.
Demonstrated strategic approach to plan infrastructure based on volumes and business requirements.
Excellent influencing and decision-making skills.
Ability to collaborate with experts in the group to advice and facilitate decisions and key concepts in the Business Line.
