Consultant Technical Lead
Responsibilities
The infrastructure expert is responsible for assembling the various technical infrastructure components within the framework of projects in order to design optimal infrastructure solutions for Ayvens.
These solutions must meet the needs of the customer (business IS or end users), while ensuring the relevance and consistency of all the Group's infrastructures.
In concrete terms, you will be required to:
• Be the main contributor to the Infrastructure As A Service solution
• Translate customer needs into infrastructure service requirements
• Lead the technical contributors from the various silos
• Define the architecture of a standard or specific solution in response to a customer need, integrating contributions from the various technical expertise silos
• Participate in the budgetary framework for studies or projects
• Participate in the technological innovation process through monitoring or implementation tests
• Ensure the application of IT security rules
• Be responsible for data security and be a source of proposals in this area
You will be responsible for :
• VMWare virtualization infrastructure and its development
• Citrix remote access infrastructure and its development
• The x86 fleet and its hosting in the data center, including lifecycle management (Paris + Dublin)
• The Windows perimeter and its development
• Its technical scope managed by outsourced L1/2 support teams (HCL) supervised as a technical advisor and level 3 support
• Qualification, support, and implementation of Ayvens customer projects
• Implementation of GTE transformation projects (IOTA, SecuriProd, Data Quality, and so on)
• Infrastructure compliance with security standards (NIST, COBRA, FIONA, and do on)
• Facilitation of interactions within teams in Paris, Bangalore and LeasePlan
