Contract Management Specialist
Responsibilities
We are seeking to hire a skilled Contract Management Specialist who will be responsible for managing the life cycle of contracts signed by Societe Generale, as a Service Provider, with other entities - Société Générale.
Specifically, you will be required to:
- Draft and process contractual amendments and schedules (during MSA, CSA, Addendum creation and validation).
- Identify stakeholders and ensure all relevant interests are represented;
- Liaise with legal counsel and senior management;
- Interpret legal advice and provides advisory and educational support to all participants in the contract process;
- Take proper action to close out the contract in accordance with applicable BU/Service Line regulations and procedures upon contract termination/expiration;
- Handle all miscellaneous requests related to the process, depending on their nature;
- Follow up in order to obtain the necessary signatures for the contracts;
- Participate to process calls and client discussion;
Profile required
- Bachelor's degree in the Law or related legal field
- At least 1 year of experience in contract management
- Understanding of contract lifecycle management, including drafting, review, negotiation, and administration
- Knowledge of contractual terms, legal principal and risk assessment;
- Ability to analyze contracts and identify potential risks and compliance issues
- Minimum B2 level of English and French, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite ((Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and support
- Strong attention to the details and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple contracts simultaneously
- Very good communication and stakeholder management skills.
