Responsibilities

Role Summary

  • Assist Corporate Coverage team’s daily, weekly and annual routine tasks. (e.g. completion of weekly and monthly reporting presentations to region heads and executive committees, coverage’s budget / client profitability review and estimation, managing process of annual commitment line renewal, KYC and other administrative tasks in addition to the above. )
  • Internal coordination and collaboration with branches and business line globally.
  • Will report to the Head of Corporate Coverage, while functionally to VP/Analyst in Coverage team for daily tasks. Appraisal will be primarily done by VP/Analyst accordingly.

Profile required

Profile Requirements 

  • At least business level English and native level Japanese is mandatory.
  • Graduate or undergraduate from top ranked university / college, enrolled or enrolling bachelor / master degrees.
  • Less than 1 year full time employment.
  • Strong interests in corporate client business and financial industry, highly motivated to pursue career in finance.
  • Good team player in dealing with other business units and support functions. 
  • High level of professional standard and mind set. The position requires also good level awareness on risk and regulatory issues of financial institutions. 
  • Basic IT literacy to handle inhouse IT system, MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc) for processing of transactions, data analysis and presentation.
  • Available to work more than 4 days per week, minimum 1 year.
