Mission:
As a Coverage Support Analyst and Junior Relationship Manager, you have the opportunity to become a long-term partner servicing all our stakeholders, closely working with business lines and clients.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Development of client relationships, along with the senior relationship manager team, build on commercial skills, product and service knowledge
- Review and management of Net Banking Income (NBI), RGCP, and Risk-Weighted Assets (RWA) reported for the clients of the portfolio, with participation in the correction and forecast campaigns
- Review and management of the client database for clients of the portfolio
- Analyze, Classify, Assign client portfolios as per SG ESG & CSR policies, develop a matrix to identify ESG & CSR commitments per client, summary memos, roadmap, achievements & gaps
Profile required
Studies & experience:
- Master’s degree in any of the fields of: Economics, Law, Social Studies
Language skills:
- Fluent in English & French
Technical, operational & Soft skills:
- Microsoft Office (developed on skills spreadsheet & power point presentations)
