Credit Risk Officer - M/F/D
Responsibilities

If you are looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity to further grow your career, we encourage you to apply for this exciting role where you will be responsible for controlling and analyzing specific activities for Payments & Cash Management (PCM) and Transitional Risk Assessment (TRA) business in 9 Western European branches (Amsterdam, Brussels, Frankfurt, Zürich, Vienna, Milan, Madrid, London, and Warsaw).

Your future scope of responsibility will cover:
- Performing controls and analysis on risky activities based on written procedures,
- Reporting the results of controls/analysis in dedicated tools,
- Creating new processes and workflows to be introduced within organization,
- Communicating with central teams when necessary to complete requirements,
- Proactively escalating blocking points to unblock difficult cases,
- Providing progress transparency to all stakeholders and complying with targeted deadlines,
- Sharing KPIs with stakeholders,
- Suggesting improvements to increase efficiency.
Profile required
You will be most successful in the role with:
- Higher education degree in the field related to finance,
- At least 1-2 years of experience in the banking, finance, or insurance sector,
- Knowledge of the credit risk management (Risk-Weighted Assets (RWA), Basel parameters) would be an asset,
- Knowledge of operational processes and reporting tools,
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools,
- Proficiency in English and Polish,
- Good planning and organizational skills,
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, commitment, and diligence,
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
