Responsibilities

We are seeking a CRM Administrator to join the Global Applications Support Team at Bernstein. This role partners with the Global Equity Research & Sales groups by providing support and training users as well as working with the vendors and in-house development teams who manage our Client Relationship Management (CRM), Distribution (Email, Website, Aggregators) and Research systems.  This role works collaboratively with global teams based in US, Europe, and Asia and has direct involvement with senior business stakeholders on key initiatives.  Our group operates in a fast-paced front-office environment in small teams, covering a wide range of technologies.

The key job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

·       Support daily CRM activities for Sales & Research users in a busy front office environment.

·       Promote best practices and drive user adoption by engaging and training users; update training materials, help documents and tips-and-tricks communications as needed. 

·       Collaborate across departments to identify user needs and work to optimize the user experience using CRM tools and technology.

·       Implement data quality controls to support reporting and analysis.

·       Work with the vendors and development teams using agile methods and tools. Manage application upgrades, testing and support of applications used in Sales and Research such as Events, Mobile Apps along with other applications. 

·       Conduct detailed diagnosis of operational problems and work with local, external, and global teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.

·       Document business processes and procedures. 

 

The role is eligible an annual discretionary bonus and includes a competitive benefits package including 401(k) plan with company match, Medical/Dental/Vision, and other benefits for fertility, wellness, student loans and commuters.  Base salary range does not include bonus and/or other benefits, where applicable. Actual base salary offer will vary based on skills and experience.

Basic Qualifications

·       Demonstrated track record of providing user support and administration for Salesforce.com or a Salesforce-based Client Relationship Management (CRM) system.

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to liaise with people at all levels, both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

·       Proven ability to manage projects, priorities and deadlines.

·       Demonstrated track record of providing responsive support in a fast-paced environment.

·       Experience in Agile methodology using JIRA and maintaining written troubleshooting procedures in Wiki.

·       Experience in Data quality and reporting using best practices and tools.

·       Demonstrated track record of working with global teams.

·       Advanced proficiency in Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

·       Experience with Capital Markets CRM such as Tier1 or Singletrack.

·       Knowledge of database principals and basic SQL would be advantageous.

·       Experience with Investment Research Distribution Platforms.

·       Scripting skills are useful.

·       Experience in Capital Markets or Equity Research is a plus but not mandatory.
