Responsibilities

Within the Société Générale Group, you will join Global Technology Services (GTS), which is the IT entity in charge of infrastructure and its Digital Workplace Services teams, whose mission is to provide the Group's employees with their Digital Workplace.

Digital Workplace brings together all the services and tools of the work environment: the personal workstation of course, but also the smartphone, the corporate social network, communication and collaborative tools such as messaging, Teams, SharePoint, etc.

As part of the Digital Workplace ecosystem, your mission is to support the continuous improvement of employee satisfaction and contribute to effective Product Management activities. You will participate in measuring user experience, analyzing feedback, and ensuring that product governance processes run smoothly.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) Measurement & Analysis

·        Design, schedule, and deploy monthly CSAT campaigns across Digital Workplace services; coordinate with other departments (Data Office, WAAM, PM/PO) to design the campaign and to implement it.

·        Annual campaign review (questions reviews, perimeters, dashboards, etc.).

·        Monitor and analyze CSAT, including user feedback collection and data‑driven insights.

·        Highlight key issues, track action plans, and coordinate with PMs and stakeholder teams.

·        Prepare and present CSAT reports in relevant governance forums (e.g. EXCO, PM/PO Community,…).

Product Management Support

·        Animate and prepare the monthly Product Manager’s community meeting and support them in defining their product strategy.

·        Prepare, facilitate, and animate key governance forums, including:

o   Product Board Committee

o   Commitment Committee

o   Workplace Board Meeting

·        Support strategic decision‑making by ensuring alignment with business needs.

·        Act as the coordination point between product teams, stakeholders, and governance bodies to enable design and strategic development of the Workplace product roadmap.

·        Monitor the Workplace product roadmap.

·        Prepare communication materials and presentations.

·        Act as a point of contact for feedback, questions, or escalations related to product governance.

Profile required

·        Fluent in French and English (C1).

·        Strong analytical mindset; ability to transform data into insights and to structure information.

·        Understanding of Product Management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Product Lifecycle).

·        Familiarity with Workplace services is a plus (O365, End‑User Services, Devices,…).

·        User‑centric mindset in a multicultural environment.

·        Strong analytical and creative problem‑solving capabilities.

·        Experience preparing and facilitating governance committees.

·        Excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management.
