Cyber Security Senior Analyst
Responsibilities
- Perform Data Protection controls on SG environment
- Elevate control maturity
- Identify and report the residual risks
- Participate to the controls design as resulted from security risk analysis
- Advice and guide on the security best practices
- Contribute to the projects
- Update metrics and improve the reporting
- IC with moderate functional knowledge of cyber security or information security processes and expert domain knowledge
- Assist functional manager in performing day to day security activities/operations by working independently, handling larger projects or assignments
- Analyse the problem statements, define and execute the desired solutions, mentor team members
- Work inline to defined processes, framework and provide regular functional updates to manager
- Ability to prioritize deliverables and work in consultation with manager and other seniors in the team in IND & ROU
- Contribute/collaborate to the success of transversal projects or projects involving several teams.
- Contribute to operational efficiency project by implementing improvement of controls that shows operational efficiency gains validated by the PO
- Work closely with Automation team to contribute actively towards automation and transformation initiates of Cyber Control team and move controls in auto mode.
Profile required
· At least 3-5 years’ experience within the risk security domain, security assessment and controls performer
· Individual contributor with logical thinking with problem solving abilities
· Good general knowledge of IT and IT security
· Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills, working with all different levels of management
· Good to have French speaking ability
· Able to build strong working relationships with peers and work as a strong team player
· Proven understanding on the applied risks and security practices in the IT domain.
· Demonstration of autonomy and proactiveness.
· Certifications like CISA, CRISC, CISSP, CISM, ISO27001 would be preferred added advantage
· Should be Quick learner & proactively take ownership
· Strong a self-starter who could operate independently and demonstrates complete ownership over assigned objectives in a "semi-structured" environment
