Responsibilities

 As a Data Consumer Journey Business Support you will help international project managers to get access to the data (on clients, banking transactions, market data) they need for their project.

Specifically, you will be required to:

·    Help international project managers to get access to the data (on clients, banking transactions, market data) they need for their project, and

to enrich our data catalogue with reusable data;

·    Support other contributors to this process with various roles (data analysts and architects, legal and compliance managers, IT security

experts);

·    Point of entry of questions and requests related to the process and related tools and oversee the follow-up of all requests;

·    Answer in French or English (by phone, email or by suggesting FAQs creation or tooling improvement), trace help requests in agile tools, and

require intervention of the Product owners, business analysts or developers when needed;

·     As overseer of the support process, contribute to follow-up meetings on support requests and incidents with the agile team, located in

France;

·    In charge of updating access rights for process contributors, and running some recurrent support operations and reports, using little

programs developed by the team (Excel or PowerBI macros, Python scripts).

·    Take ownership and follow tickets on requests for access, modifications or corrections.

Profile required

·    Master’s degree or equivalent, with a few months (intern, apprenticeship) to 5 years of professional experience;

·    C1 level in English, B2 level in French at least, willing to improve your language skills in a French-Romanian team

·    Highly motivated to develop expertise on data management and join an agile team;

·    Good abilities to use excel macros or launch Python projects, JIRA;

·    Ability to learn how to use new tools;

·    Knowledge of data projects;

·    Strong customer orientation, curiosity and problem-solving skills;

·     Excellent communication abilities.

·    Skills on data or project management are a plus.
