Responsibilities

The Data Quality Specialist & Referential is responsible for improving the Key Quality Indicators on employee HR data at Group level by analyzing the data quality errors and following up with each responsible to perform the required corrections.

Specifically, you will be required to:

  • Analyze data quality errors found in HR systems;
  • Analyse the root causes of anomalies and identify corrective actions;
  • Work with various support teams to correct data quality errors;
  • Send correction requests and follow-up for data quality errors found in HR systems;
  • Monitor patterns for the identified errors and propose solutions;
  • Generate Tableau dashboards for monitoring the evolution of data quality corrections;
  • Creating and managing reports, dashboards, and other deliverables, aimed to assist in improving the quality of the data;
  • Participate in the operational committee to review the operational activities;
  • Participate in the steering committee to review activities at the strategic level;
  • Keep a close communication with the external tool supplier for technical questions about the algorithm;
  • Work with various support teams to correct data quality errors;
  • Active involvement in optimization and digitalization projects with impact in the organization;
  • Participating in projects aimed to increase data quality and accuracy for the region/segment/organization assigned;
  • Deploy and coordinate the governance of HR repository data with the owners of Group repositories and all stakeholders, to ensure the proper management of changes to these repositories in the HRIS system;
  • Coordinate the implementation of changes to Group repositories in the HRIS, acting as project manager (management of request issued by Group repository owners, coordination of impact analyses, planning of update and communication action  with all stakeholders).

Profile required

  • You to have proficiency in understanding both written French and English to be able to analyze and present all types of errors
  • You to have interest in data analysis
  • You have knowledge or worked with HR applications such as PeopleSoft HCM, SAP, Charisma
  • A previous experience in HR would allow a better analysis of the HR impact related to the data quality activities
  • You have already worked in a multicultural environment
  • You have also Excel and PowerPoint technical skills
  • Solid organizational and time management skills
  • Analytical skills and process oriented.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a fast-growing dynamic environment where priorities may change based on business needs
